FRG-7700

 The Yaesu FRG-7700 is a PLL synthesized, general coverage receiver which tunes from 10 kHz to 30 mHz, in 30 bands. The HF Ham radio bands can also be directly accessed by the bandswitch. The FRG-7700 receives in the following modes: USB/LSB-CW/FM, and AM in 3 bandwidths. The memory unit allows for the use of the fine tuning control. The Yaesu FRG-7700 is fully equipped with three bandwidths, a two speed AGC control, an RF gain control, a two position & variable attenuator, a noise blanker, and large tuning knob with a backlit calibrated scale behind it. A squelch for FM narrow mode, tone control and a display dimmer switch are provided. This radio comes with clock/timer functions, and jacks on the back of the receiver which can be used to control peripheral equipment, such as a tape recorder, by the timer. The FRG-7700 can accept either wire antenna lead-ins or coax from an antenna.
